Henko Drivers Program Terms

Last updated: June 16, 2026

The Henko Drivers Program is designed to support active members of the drifting and automotive community while building long-term relationships with drivers who genuinely use, represent, and provide feedback on Henko products.

Participation is subject to the following terms.

1. Program Membership

Membership in the Henko Drivers Program is offered by invitation after an application has been reviewed and approved by Henko Autolab.

Acceptance into the program applies only to the individual approved by Henko. Membership, discounts, and other benefits may not be transferred or shared with another person, team, business, or account.

Participation in the Drivers Program does not guarantee acceptance into any future affiliate, sponsorship, or professional driver program.

2. Member Benefits

Approved members receive an individually assigned discount on eligible Henko products. The assigned discount will be communicated in the member’s acceptance email and applied to their approved customer account.

Members may also receive access to additional opportunities, including:

  • Early access to select products and launches

  • Opportunities to test new or unreleased products

  • Reposts or features through Henko’s social media, website, or email channels

  • Consideration for future Affiliate or Pro Driver opportunities

  • Occasional special pricing, promotions, or giveaways

Only the assigned account discount is guaranteed. All other opportunities are offered at Henko’s discretion and may not be available to every member.

Henko does not guarantee free products, payment, commissions, event support, reposts, or advancement into another program.

3. Discount Use

Drivers Program discounts are intended for the approved member’s personal purchases and vehicles.

Program discounts:

  • May not be shared with friends, family members, customers, or other drivers

  • May not be used to purchase products specifically for resale

  • May not apply to shipping, custom work, gift cards, limited products, or other specifically excluded items

  • Are subject to product availability

Henko may increase, decrease, suspend, or remove an assigned discount at any time.

Misuse of a Drivers Program discount may result in canceled orders, removal from the program, or both.

4. Member Expectations

The Drivers Program is intended to be a simple working relationship rather than a strict posting contract. Members are not required to follow a monthly posting schedule, but they are expected to remain active and contribute to the program.

To remain in good standing, members should:

  • Share at least one meaningful piece of Henko-related content during each 90-day period

  • Tag Henko when Henko products are clearly featured

  • Provide useful photos, videos, installation content, driving footage, or product feedback when possible

  • Leave honest product reviews after purchasing, installing, and gaining reasonable experience with Henko products

  • Respond within a reasonable timeframe when Henko reaches out regarding the program

  • Follow all discount and account-use rules

  • Represent Henko and the program honestly and professionally

  • Avoid making false or misleading claims about Henko products or the member’s relationship with Henko

A meaningful content contribution may include a post, reel, installation video, product feature, driving footage, installed-product photos, or another useful piece of content approved by Henko.

Henko will consider a member’s overall participation and contribution when reviewing whether the member remains in good standing.

5. Product Reviews and Feedback

Members are expected to leave an honest review for Henko products they purchase after the product has been installed and used for a reasonable amount of time.

Reviews are not required to be positive. Henko welcomes honest feedback, constructive criticism, and information that may help improve its products or customer experience.

When a member experiences a product issue, Henko encourages the member to contact the company directly so the issue can be investigated and support can be provided. This does not prevent the member from sharing an honest review of their experience.

Members testing unreleased or confidential products may be required to keep product details, images, or information private until Henko approves public release.

6. Content Usage

By submitting content directly to Henko, tagging Henko in content, or publicly sharing content as part of the Drivers Program, the member gives Henko permission to repost, share, crop, resize, caption, and organically use that content through Henko-owned channels.

This may include:

  • Social media pages

  • The Henko website

  • Email marketing

  • Product pages

  • Blog posts

  • Other unpaid or organic brand content

Henko will make reasonable efforts to credit the original creator when practical.

Henko will contact the member before using their content in paid advertising. Any paid advertising usage will be discussed separately before the content is used.

Members confirm that they have the right to share submitted content and that its use by Henko does not knowingly violate another person’s ownership, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

7. Other Brands and Sponsorships

The Henko Drivers Program is not exclusive.

Members may purchase, use, discuss, or work with competing brands and products. Participation in the program does not prevent a member from accepting other sponsorships or partnerships.

Members should remain honest about the products they use and should not misrepresent Henko, its products, or their relationship with the company.

8. Program Term and Renewal

The initial Drivers Program beta term begins when the member accepts their invitation and continues through the remainder of the current year, unless participation is ended earlier.

At the end of the term, Henko may review each member for annual renewal.

Renewal is not automatic. Henko may consider the member’s:

  • Program participation

  • Content contributions

  • Product reviews

  • Communication

  • Discount usage

  • Overall brand fit

  • Activity within the automotive or drifting community

Future renewal terms, discount levels, benefits, and expectations may be different from those offered during the initial period.

9. Changes, Suspension, and Removal

Henko may change the Drivers Program, these terms, a member’s benefits, discount level, or program status at any time.

A member’s discount or affiliation may be increased or decreased based on participation, contribution, business needs, or the continued development of the program.

Henko may suspend or end a member’s participation for reasons including:

  • Inactivity

  • Failure to meet the program expectations

  • Discount misuse

  • Purchasing discounted products for resale

  • Dishonest or misleading conduct

  • Harassment, threatening behavior, or conduct that could reasonably harm Henko’s reputation

  • Misrepresentation of Henko products or program membership

  • Failure to communicate

  • Any other reason Henko determines is inconsistent with the program

Henko may provide a reminder or warning for normal inactivity when practical, but is not required to provide advance notice before changing or ending participation.

Members may leave the Drivers Program at any time by contacting Henko.

Removal from the Drivers Program does not cancel the normal warranty coverage that applies to products previously purchased. Existing product warranties and policies will continue to be governed by the terms applicable to those products.

10. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Participation in the Drivers Program does not make the member an employee, contractor, legal representative, partner, agent, or official racing team member of Henko Autolab.

Members may not enter into agreements, make promises, provide warranties, or otherwise act on behalf of Henko.

The Drivers Program discount and benefits are not wages, employment compensation, or payment for participation in motorsports.

11. Vehicle and Motorsports Responsibility

Vehicle modification, installation of aftermarket products, drifting, racing, and other motorsports activities involve risk.

Members are responsible for:

  • Proper product selection

  • Correct installation

  • Vehicle setup

  • Inspection and maintenance

  • Safe product use

  • Compliance with event, track, and local requirements

  • Their own vehicle, driving decisions, and motorsports participation

Henko does not control the member’s vehicle, installation, setup, driving, event participation, or maintenance practices.

Participation in the Drivers Program does not create additional product warranties or guarantees beyond the warranties and policies that normally apply to the purchased product.

12. Acceptance

By replying to the Drivers Program acceptance email with the required acceptance statement, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

The acceptance statement is:

“I have read and agree to the Henko Drivers Program Terms and would like to accept my position in the program.”
