Crash Replacement Plan: Coverage Agreement
This Replacement Coverage Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which Henkō Auto Lab provides replacement coverage for eligible suspension components. This Agreement applies only to qualifying purchases and describes what is covered, what is excluded, and how customers may file a replacement claim.
1. Covered Product(s)
This Agreement applies to the following product(s):
- 350Z Control Arms
- G35 Control Arms
- 370z Control Arms
- G37 Control Arms
2. Coverage Period
Coverage is valid for 2 years from the original purchase date.
Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
3. What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects, including incorrect machining, weld integrity issues, improper threading, or dimensional variance.
- Damage caused by collisions, curb impacts, potholes, or off-road hazard
- Damage resulting from racing, drifting, or motorsport
- Failure under normal on-road use when installed properly.
*Damage must affect structural integrity or function to qualify*
4. Exclusions
- Lost or stolen parts
- Premature coating or finish defects observed after installation.
- Installation-related damage, including cross-threading, over-tightening, stripping, or misuse of tools.
- Modifications such as cutting, welding, grinding, painting, or the use of non-approved hardware.
- Cosmetic wear, including scratches, chips, and road debris damage.
- Environmental exposure damage (fire, flooding, chemical corrosion).
5. Replacement Remedy
Replacement is limited to a maximum of two (2) control arms per coverage period, regardless of the number of claims submitted.
Replacement arms may be issued in separate claims and are not required to fail simultaneously.
If a claim is approved, the customer will receive the following remedy:

- Replacement Shipping: HENKŌ AUTOLAB
Return of damaged control arms is required
- Return Shipping: CUSTOMER
6. Claim Submission Requirements
To initiate a replacement claim, the customer must provide:
- Proof of purchase or order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged component(s)
- Proof of returned shipment (Reach out to us for return address)
- Claims must be submitted to the following contact email:

7. Evaluation Process
Henkō Auto Lab will review all submitted documentation. Additional photos or video evidence may be requested. In all cases, the damaged part must be returned before a final determination can be made. Henkō Auto Lab reserves full discretion to approve or deny claims based on compliance with this Agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Henkō Auto Lab is not responsible for:
- Vehicle damage or related component failure.
- Alignment, installation, or labor costs.
- Loss of use, downtime, or transportation inconvenience.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The sole remedy under this Agreement is replacement of the covered product.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee
10. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and installing the covered product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Replacement Coverage Agreement.
This Replacement Coverage Agreement is NOT insurance and does not constitute a vehicle service contract.
